This position is often responsible for the processing of invoices for credit, review of transactions to ensure payments have been properly entered or a valid reason is documented, and researching and resolving discrepancies. This position may also validate vendor information in the system (such as Tax ID number, address, contact information) to prevent duplicate payments.
