The Senior Civil Engineer may be tasked with developing and reviewing plans, specifications, and reports at the Division level. The Senior Civil Engineer position is responsible and accountable to the Department supervisor/manager for assigning tasks, directing work activities, planning workflow, providing technical expertise and information to staff members, developing presentations as required for assigned projects.
