Responsibilities include supervision of daily warehouse operations such as receiving, warehousing, stock control, shipping, and order fulfillment. They monitor the performance of employees to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded; identify and resolve problems within processes; communicate with warehouses to obtain updated information on inventory levels and product availability; work with warehouse supervisors to create warehouse reports; oversee emergency cleanup/recovery actions.
