This person does so by measuring the performance of employees, developing and implementing training programs, and increasing job satisfaction. The position develops and maintains relationships with senior-level employees in individual business units and typically works closely with the Senior Director of Compensation, Talent Management, on proactive strategies while monitoring opportunities for organizational improvements through effective analysis.
