Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive and process insurance claims to ensure accuracy and thoroughness
- Investigate and evaluate claims to determine validity and damages
- Request information from customers and other parties to support claims
- Negotiate claims settlements and draft settlement agreements
- Monitor claims to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Verify mediations and document outcomes
- Ensure the fair treatment of customers and all parties involved
- Monitor and review progress reports
- Stay current of industry developments and trends
Work Hours and Benefits:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in insurance claims processing and adjuster roles
- Knowledge of claims processing, insurance regulations and laws
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and other related software
Training and Education:
Successful candidates will be required to complete all necessary training and licensing for claims adjuster. State-recognized accreditation may also be required.
