Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create the most efficient and effective processes for operations and team management
- Work with General Manager to ensure successful and profitable operations
- Oversee maintenance and labor costs
- Ensure accurate accounting and bookkeeping of restaurant financials
- Implement staff training programs and manage employee scheduling
- Create and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback, trend performance and respond with strategies as appropriate
- Address customer service issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on the most current industry platforms, technology, and trends
Work Hours and Benefits:
The Director of Operations will work up to 40 hours per week and may be asked to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of restaurant and operations management experience
- Working knowledge of standard industry and restaurant practices, policies, and regulations

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and work effectively with a team
Training and Education:
A B.S. degree in business or hospitality management is preferred, but not required. Candidates must have some sort of restaurant or hospitality management education or training.
