Work Hours and Benefits:
The operations manager will be required to work full-time, 40 hours per week with a competitive salary and benefits package. The store operates seven days a week, from 10:00am to 6:00pm, so the operations manager should expect to work shifts during these hours as needed.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience in a retail operations role
- Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or related field
