Austin Warehouse Solutions is looking for a hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented Packer to join our team! We are a rapidly growing warehouse and distribution center that works with some of the most recognizable names in the industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Pack merchandise for shipping using a variety of methods from cartons to pallets
  • Assemble, address, stamp, and ship merchandise or materials
  • Unpack and check incoming goods
  • Count and record number of units of incoming and outgoing merchandise
  • Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
  • Label and stock goods in the correct areas in the warehouse
  • Follow safety guidelines at all times
  • Ensure all shipments and receiving are correct
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Work Hours and Benefits:

This is a full-time position with hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. We offer an excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401K.

Qualifications:

  • Basic math skills
  • Experience working with hand tools and packing equipment
  • Basic knowledge in the use of computers and/or other inventory control systems
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • High School Diploma or GED

Training and Education:

There is no required training or education for this position, but we offer on the job training and continued education in all aspects of the job.
