A barista is a person who prepares and serves coffee drinks and other food items in a cafe or coffee shop. We are a bustling coffee shop in the heart of downtown Sioux Falls, and our baristas love to create coffee flavors that exceed customers’ expectations every time. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare coffee orders including all types of coffee, espresso, cappuccino, and other specialty drinks
  • Accurately take customer orders and operate cash registers
  • Provide excellent customer service in a timely fashion
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
  • Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed
  • Follow all health and safety regulations

Work Hours and Benefits:

A barista might also be responsible for stocking and maintaining the coffee shop and equipment, as well as merchandising and organizing drink recipes.
