Our team of professionals provides exceptional catering services to meet our clients’ needs. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who is eager to use their experience and skills to help ensure the success of our company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including but not limited to food safety, food prep, customer service, and scheduling.
  • Maintain restaurant standards, including proper food safety and sanitation.
  • Implement procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Train, coach and develop staff to reach their full potential.
  • Create and maintain budgets and financial reports.
  • Plan, organize, direct and control all of the restaurant’s activities.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all orders are received in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow.
  • Develop marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all local and state health and safety codes.

Work Hours and Benefits:

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in restaurant management is required.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • The ability to create and maintain budgets and financial records.

  • A valid driver’s license and reliable form of transportation.
  • Flexibility to work both day and night shifts.

Training and Education:

Successful candidates will be expected to complete any required training or certifications, including food safety and service. Additional training will be provided to the successful candidate.
